Strata engaged to perform a limited scope environmental site assessment to satisfy due-diligence requirements for the acquisition of the Strathblane Slipyard, Dover. Assessment involved soil, surface and groundwater sampling to relevant guidelines, reporting and facilitation of information flows to clients and financiers.
