Deans Road Quarry Development

Geo-environmental assessment of an abandoned quarry for the construction of a residential development. The investigation combined a detailed assessment of geotechnical risks associated with the quarry face as well as design of a specialised onsite wastewater treatment system for the disposal of all effluent flows. Strata facilitated getting the DA though planning and building permit phases for construction.
